Even as a child she absorbed the colours, textures and details all around her. Noelle began her career by simply photographing objects, noticing their simplicity of shape, composition and light. She soon realized that even the smallest leaf or shell could have as much beauty as a whole landscape. Noelle Pollington now lives in West Wales, nestled at the foot of a mountain where the river meets the sea. Each day she is able to walk onto the beach or up into the hills.
